Ah…here is the story of me workin in an Non-Goverment Organization (NGO) for my internship.

Well, i’ve been workin (still workin) in this organization called The Lions Club of CyberCare KL. It’s a charity organization where we network more than 90 orphan homes all over the country with more than 5000 kids in those homes.

These kids each have their own sad story of how they became orphans and that story affected their lives greatly in one way or another. Our objective is to help these kids to get back on their feet and realize their abilities, potential and dreams.

So, how does an IT student come in the picture and help? Well, quite simple. Often times, people are reluctant to donate to such things, especially when it is of slight inconvenience. So, what we are doing is to build a website that not only tells the world what are we doing but all so to allow people to donate online via credit card & funds transfer.

And aside from the Microsoft Vista & Office 2007 Campus Launch in my uni, I’ve been bz doing all this for the past 4 months together with 10 other collgues/friends from the same uni.

How bz am i you ask? Well, it can go to extends that i get to work @ 9am and returning past 11pm at night.

Izzit taxing? You bet. There are tonnes of things that i have to sacrifice to do this…painful.

Nway, it’s coming to the end with only 12 days to go. I’m going throught the final crounch untill it’s finished. Untill then…

Here are the stuff that I miss (was deprived from all of these) ever since i started my internship:

1. Playing Music
2. Listening to Music (been lacking vitamin [M] lately)
3. Friends in Australia
4. Best buddy in Kuala Terengganu (he jz gt back yday btw..haha)
5. Freedom to do whatever I want (nothing illeagal or unethical)
6. Rest / Sleep! (yawn…)
7. Leisure of time
8. Yum cha with friends
9. Having a good time talkin crap with close friends
10. Jamming! & playing on acoustic drums
11. Having a gf (if she can come along on the fast lane of my life that is…unfortunately i haven’t met such a person. Nvm..not like i have the time 4 dat nway)
12. Clubbin!
13. Movies in Cinemas

Remember me mentioning bout my new house? Well, it actually not that new anymore. Its been almost two months ady la…haha

So, now i stay in Happy Garden, off Old Klang Road. Wher is that? Why don’t you guys just sms, call or just ask me and I’ll let you know so that you can come find me, and i’ll bring you around the area 4 yum cha la k? Oh…i’ve also promised pics right? Well, here it is… I’ve only taken pics of my room tho…=) Coz that’s where it’s interesting ma…rite? ok…that was lame.

Speaking of yum cha, there are actually tonnes of places near my place to go yum cha at. Most of them are only 10 mins drive away at most. To start with, the all famous Citrus Park, the hip and blooming Kuchai Entrepreneur’s Park, OUG, Sri Petaling and so on… I know your mouth is watering ady la…call me and i’ll bring u ther la…haha (thats if i can make da time la…been very busy with industrial training lately)

Ok,..i’m gettin lazy drousy gadda go…laterz!

You know, those were the days when almost everyone was straight and a small minority were not-so-straight. Hence, people find them rather ‘unique’ and some even imitate them thought they were straight. Soon after, (thanks to those who imitate) people who were not-so-straight grew in numbers.

I’ve know for a fact that I was born not-so-straight a couple of years ago. But I ignored it and tried to live a normal life. That was until recently, when I just can’t stand being not-so-straight, having to put on things that temporarily keep it straight when I’m out. It’s such a pain to put it on everyday and keep it throughout the day. Not to mention there are side effects to it. Its due to the fact th at my skin is sensitive, i’ve developed some iritation near the area where it covers. And i have to apply another type of cream to get rid of it. It’s like an illness that dosen’t heal.

But now, its all gone. Now, I’m totally straight. Coz I went through the major treatment… And guess what? The person who did it for me, (understanding my agony and pain) was kind enough to do it for me…for free!

So, now I’m ok..(for the mean time) but i don’t know for how long. It may be days, weeks or months. I don’t know.

Side effect: pimples due to oily skin.
Cream for side effect: Acne cream! (I use T3 MyCin, available in all pharmacies nation wide!)

p.s. Don’t you just love my blog? hmm? haha…

Today is the 1st day I’m alone at home since i moved to this new house. I’m back after church and lunch. Mom went out, Dad and sis went to work, so here i am. All alone at home.

But is nice tho. It’s sunny outside, so i get rays of the sun shinning through the windows and partially blocked by the bamboo blinds. And because it’s the 4th floor and there’s no other building higher than my apartment, it actually quite windy here. It feels like staying in a high rise house in the country side. Quiet, breezy, PEACE!

The best part is, no one is at home at the moment. So, all i hear now is the vrooms from the cars that pass by off and on, the breeze from the wind outside and my fan, and the sound from my keyboard as I type.

Suddenly, i just realize dat i may not even need my quiet place any more. Being @ home by myself is good enough. Haha…

Oh..not to forget the blue sky, white clouds during the day and the lights along the highway at night which i see everyday. Basically, i just love my new house la. There is just no reason why I’m not thankful to be here. Haha…

Oh…and you know what? The idea that i dont like staying at home is already changing now that i feel so relaxed and comfortable.

Gadda get back to doin my stuff again.

Hey! How have you guys been? It’s been ages since i blogged. Well, there are few reasons for that and not having internet connection for a month and a half is one of the main reasons.

I’ve been up to lots of things like gettin in a relationship and out of it, been moving my house early dec last year and been celebrating by 21st bday for 3days straight last weekend (you can picture how much partying and fun that was..kaka) and have been workin like a dog will lots of effort doin industrial training (intership) in a Charity Organization called CyberCare. Unfortunately, I don’t have the pictures (yet) but don’t worry keep ur pants on i’ll post them as soon as i get em k?

So, those are the main highlights that’s been happening 2 me these days. I’ll tell you guys more bout them (except the 1st one) when i get my hands on the pictures…

Btw, jz wanna thank NCOs frm 1stKL BB, Sam, Ron, LVH, Yuen Cheong, Phill Collins, T’rez, DZ for all ur lovely presents. Love em…

p.s. Dont have much crap 2 share 2 day coz i’m gettin sleepy la…

If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM
machine, you can notify the police by entering your Pin # in reverse.

For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The
ATM recognizes that your pin number is backwards from the ATM card you
placed in the
machine.

The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to The robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to help you.

This information was recently broadcasted on TV and it states that it is
seldom used because people don’t know it exists.
